So this post is for the ladies. And more specifically, the post-cesarean mammas.
After my first cesarean nearly four and a half years ago, I began a quest to find skivvies whose banding didn’t stick or sit in or on top of my scar. It didn’t matter how many low riders panties I tried, if they had elastic, that elastic found its resting spot right on top of my raw skin. On a fortuitous stop at Old Navy, I found the Hipster Mesh Panties. Now my drawer only contains these drawers. They contain no binding elastic waist. They sit low. They come in pretty colours and prints. They are so adorable.
So there you have it. My first product recommendation – undies. I know. But in my quest to keep it real, I make my endorsement. And yes, this post is inspired by the piles of laundry in front of me. Sheesh.
